Cape Fear Area Doulas is a local nonprofit. Our goal is to bring education and support to families in our community. We do this through support groups for expectant parents and our Scholarship for Families, which provides birth doula services to low-income families, free of charge.

On March 27th, we will be celebrating World Doula Week by holding our third annual Bumps and Brews event at Waterline Brewing Co in Wilmington, NC. This event is a free, family-friendly event. There will be activities, refreshments, chair massages, a silent auction, and door prizes. This is a great event for expectant parents, families, healthcare professionals, and anyone interested in learning more about doulas. 100% of the proceeds will go toward the CFAD Scholarship for Families.
